As a long-standing advocate of the role of apprenticeships in the workplace, the Incom-CNS Group is proud to welcome on board our latest recruits, Beck Robertson, Senan Geary and Jack Stafford, in conjunction with leading IT and Digital apprenticeship provider Estio.
A number of the existing Incom-CNS team have started out their careers as apprentices and the company was also involved with the government scheme, Kids Without Connections. The Group's directors recognise the difficulties young people face in getting a foot in the door in today's employment market and are keen to support the local community. As a company, we are proud of our Investors in People accreditation and acknowledge that our team is our biggest strength, with every team member contributing to the company's success.
Not only will the new apprentices gain invaluable work experience but also an internationally recognised qualification. Beck and Jack are currently completing their L3 infrastructure course as part of their apprenticeships and receiving on the job training with our service desk team supporting customers and engineers. Senan has joined us as a trainee engineer and has been shadowing our technical team getting to grips with big customer sites at Manchester Royal Infirmary and Mitie, alongside his studies to achieve L3 unified communications technician course.
MD Jason Kilvert comments, "This scheme gives the apprentices a clear path to gain theoretical and practical experience, allowing them to progress into a range of specialist areas. Beck and Senan have made a great start and we are looking forward to watching them progress to bigger and better things within the company."
