Mitel Completes Acquisition of ShoreTel

Multi award-winning, business communications specialist, the Incom-CNS Group, is set to become a Mitel 'House of Excellence' as Mitel completes its $500 million acquisition of ShoreTel this week.
The deal is one of the largest ever unified communications mergers and it positions Mitel as the second biggest, global UCaaS provider; inevitably accelerating the rate of development for cloud based innovations as the company further invests in the market. Mitel CEO, Rich McBee, comments: "As of today, we are stronger. Our footprint is global, our combined talents will create an extraordinary new force in cloud communications. It's not 1 plus 1; more like a multiplication of complimentary and unique skills and talents."
